In overall fine condition. Few minor age cracks at lower edge, but one more visible above the sitter's head along the top edge. One small hole to panel upper left hand side. Areas of craquelure, with some retouch visible under UV to the sitter's forehead. Nails at top and bottom of panel affixing cleats to back. Some scuffing and minor paint loss to edge of panel under frame
